Reuters reports that Microsoft Corp., a number of Kmart’s lenders and the states of Illinois and Washington have formally objected to Kmart’s sale of its Bluelight.com to United Online, citing software licensing and tax concerns.

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court will hear Kmart's motion on the sale of Bluelight.com today; the bankrupt retailer says that none of the objections are sufficient to block the sale, which would bring it $8.4 million.
