Fleming Cos. announced that it will sell five stores to Albertsons for about $12 million, with the deal to be finalized within two months.
Three of the facilities are Food4Less stores in the Salt Lake City market; the other two are Rainbow Foods in the El Paso, Texas market.
Fleming also announced that it completed the sale of a Milwaukee Rainbow Foods store to an independent Sentry Foods operator.
