  • 7-Eleven reported total September sales, excluding gasoline, that were up 5.5 percent to $715.8 million, with same store sales up four percent.

  • Costco reported that its online sales for the just completed fiscal year were up 48 percent from a year ago, to $560 million – and still just accounted for about one percent of the company’s total annual sales of $51.8 billion. The percentage of total sales that online sales represented stayed exactly the same as a year ago.
