• Wakefern Food Corp. announced that Neil Falcone, vice president of ShopRite Financial Services (SFS) and corporate finance, has been named CFO, succeeding the retiring Douglas Wille.
At the same time, Karen Meleta, Wakefern’s vice president of consumer and corporate communications, has been named chief communications officer, a new position within the company.
