• Eataly, the Italian restaurant and retail company, announced that it has hired Tommaso Brusò as its new CEO of North America. Brusò comes out of the clothing business - most recently he was Group CEO at Colourful Standard, a sustainable clothing brand.
Eataly has 9 stores in North America, with plans for five more in the next two years and 20 over the next five years. Internationally, Eataly operates 47 stores in 16 countries across four continents.
