There are, apparently, all sorts of rules that govern the use of phones these days. Like, never leave a voice mail message. (Really? What's it for, anyway?) And, there's this new video voice mail tech that has its own set of "rules." The mind boggles, but it also teaches a lesson about communicating with younger generations.
