Some folks put a "help wanted" sign on the front door.

Some people advertise online.

But I really like this approach taken by the fabulous Newport Avenue Market, in Bend, Oregon - one of my favorite stores, in one of my favorite places, owned and operated by some of my favorite people in the industry.

It's a banner - big, unambiguous, and a little cheeky, reflecting not just what the company is looking for and what the advantages of working there are, but also doing so in a way that reflects the store's people-centric culture.

Great stuff, and an Eye-Opener.
